Dear Parents,

We know that the times that we live in can sometimes be very challenging in raising godly teens. Yet, we believe that it can be done! We believe that God has a purpose and a plan for every person alive today. Our heart and passion in ReFUEL is to help the students find their purpose and then empower them into fulfilling those purposes that God has placed in their life. This isn't something that happens overnight or is necessarily an easy process. We believe that it takes both parents and the student ministry working together, reinforcing the biblical mandates of 'training up a child in the way he should go' for this to happen.

Statistics tell us that 70-80% of youth will stop going to church after they graduate! Yet, we have hope that 'He who has begun a good work will be faithful to complete it.' The purpose of ReFUEL Student Ministry is to reach, impact and empower students into a life changing experience with Jesus Christ. As students are impacted by the love of God, they will be given tools to help build the foundation that will be needed to sustain their spiritual growth for the rest of their lives.

We have designed ReFUEL to be a time of fun, fellowship, worship, teaching and discovery. We strive to provide opportunities for students to apply what they learn through practical, hands-on service opportunities and events throughout the year. Through camps, conferences, local serving opportunities and mission trips, we encourage our students to learn how to engage others with the same life changing love that they have experienced with God.

We believe that an open door policy is best and most effective for keeping open lines of communication with our students and their parents.
